Getting Started

We have recently implemented a new and improved lending platform. If this is your first time accessing your existing line of credit account, or if you need to request additional funds, please review the helpful instructions below before proceeding to the account login page!

Accessing Your Account

When first setting up access to your line of credit on our new lending platform, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. In the Email Address field, enter the email address that is affiliated with your loan account
  2. In the Password field, simply enter 1234 and then click “Login” (you will be able to set up a new password after your account has been verified)
    • If your login is unsuccessful, please try any alternate email addresses that may be affiliated with the account. If still unable to login, please e-mail lineofcredit@campusdoor.com or contact our student lending processing center by calling 866-614-7824 (dial 248-598-2376 from outside the United States). Due to high call volumes you may experience longer wait times than normal. We recommend that you email us and indicate the best times for us to call you back.
  3. After successfully logging in, on the Account Setup screen, enter the last four digits of the borrower's social security number and the borrower's date of birth
  4. Enter the information in the captcha field (case sensitive) and then click “Authenticate”
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new password (NOTE: password must be between 8 and 20 characters in length and contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one number, and one special character) and then click “Return to login screen”
  6. On the login screen, enter your email address and the new password you just created and click “Login”

Requesting Additional Funds From Your Line of Credit

In order to request funds from your existing line of credit, please follow these step-by-step instructions to place a “draw request”:

  1. Once you have successfully logged in to your account (see instructions above), click the “Draws” icon in the top navigation
  2. Use the drop-downs to enter the necessary school-related information and requested loan amount, then hit “Submit”
  3. That’s it! Your draw request has been submitted.

*Please note: Your request will then be sent to your school for certification. Upon certification, the funds will be disbursed directly to the school on a date specified by the school.
